We provide a virtual interview recording of every candidate we present so that you can meet them on your time, not on theirs. You get a breakdown of their skills and abilities directly from the candidate, not a fluffed-up version in two sentences via email. More on that below! Second, we value your long-term business, not just this first placement so we strive to provide concierge level customer service before, during and after your position is filled. There will never be a time that your email or phone call goes unanswered. We are your hiring partner, and we have every intention of earning your trust, earning your business and earning your referrals.

We love a challenge! Yes, we can help with your highly specialized position. And remember, there is no fee for us to search for and present candidates.
We have an agreement that we ask you to sign to protect both of us in case of a misunderstanding, that way we both have the same expectations.
Now the fun part begins! We meet to go through our client and job intake process so that we have as much information as possible about the perfect candidate for the position and the company. Next, we post the position and pray. Just kidding! We do that but unlike many other agencies, we actively search our internal database of candidates from across the country as well as use multiple external search engines to identify the best candidates for you. Once we’ve found some interesting options, we virtually interview each candidate and then forward you our Virtual Candidate Showcase (see below for details). If you’re interested in any of the candidates, we will move forward at your direction. It’s that easy! We do the work, and you get the candidates!
This is one of the things that sets Edisto Consulting Group and Edisto Recruiting apart from most other agencies. We don’t just present a resume and a sentence or two making every candidate sound like a rock star. We complete a 15–30-minute virtual interview with that candidate and then we send you the recording. That way you can “Meet” the candidate when it’s convenient for you. Our hiring managers LOVE this feature as it saves immense amounts of time and money.
