Edisto Consulting Group started because small and mid-size companies had two bad options for hiring. Pay a headhunter a percentage of every salary, one fee per hire, with a guarantee that replaces the person but never refunds the money. Or use a temp agency whose business depends on you not hiring their people.
Our founder spent her career inside the companies living that squeeze, running workforce and talent acquisition for construction and trades employers. She watched a headhunter present a candidate at $100,000 who had told her he was looking for $80,000, because a bigger salary meant a bigger fee. She started Edisto to be the third option: one flat monthly fee, unlimited hires, every candidate yours to keep, and you turn us off when the hiring’s done.
